New program offers Hawaiʻi residents up to $2,000 monthly to be 'storm hosts'

The Hawaiian Council has announced a new statewide Host Housing Support Program that will provide up to $2,000 per month to eligible households taking in residents displaced by Hurricanes Lala and Lowell.
